1. Presenting at the Conference
- Time Allocation: Each panelist has up to 15 minutes to present.
- Session Duration: Panel sessions are 1 hour 30 minutes, typically with 3–4 panelists. Presentations will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, leaving the remaining time for questions and discussion.
- Session Structure: The moderator/chair of each panel will decide the session format, including:
- The running order of presentations.
- Whether questions will be taken after each presentation or at the end of the session.
- Presentation Equipment: A projector and equipment for PowerPoint presentations will be available. Please bring your presentation on a USB stick.

- We will be primarily on the 7th floor. Elevators are available from the ground floor.

3. Conference Social Events
Day 1 (23.09) - Dinner
Location: Historic Waiting Room, Leipzig Central Station (Leipzig Hbf), Willy-Brandt-Platz 5
The historic waiting room is located inside the Leipzig Central Station (look for Pizza Hut, entry to the waiting room is via their premises).
This space is no longer open to the public, offering a unique dining experience.
Directions: The station is a 10–15 minute walk from the conference venue.
Day 1 (23.09) - DHL Hub tour

Meeting Point: After the dinner at the Historic Waiting Room, we will leave as a group from Leipzig Central Station and take the S-Bahn 3 to Schkeuditz. A representative from the local organising committee will accompany the group.
Note: No need to purchase tickets, they are included.
Day 3 (25.09) - Cinema Screening
Location: Schaubühne Lindenfels, Karl-Heine-Straße 50

Day 4 (26.09) - Excursions
We will share more information about the meeting points, exact time of the meeting, logistics, etc. a few days prior to the excursions. You can expect an email from us.
